What are the SEBI registration and renewal fees?
In force
For Individuals and Partnership Firms: ₹2,000 application fee, ₹3,000 registration fee (first 5 years), ₹1,000 renewal fee (every subsequent 5 years).
For Proxy Advisers: same slab — ₹2,000 / ₹3,000 / ₹1,000.
For Body Corporates including LLPs: ₹20,000 application fee, ₹30,000 registration fee, ₹5,000 renewal fee.
On top of this, you must be enlisted with RAASB and pay RAASB's separately specified administrative fees.
Your certificate of registration itself doesn't expire on a fixed date — it stays valid until suspended or cancelled — but continued validity is conditional on paying the applicable fee every 5 years.
