If my address, email or circumstances change, must I tell SEBI?
In force
Yes, and immediately. This is a condition of your certificate, not an optional courtesy.
You must inform SEBI in writing, forthwith, if anything you previously submitted turns out to be false or misleading in a material particular, or if there is any material change in what you already submitted.
That reaches your address, your contact details, your employment, your qualifications and your structure.
Separately, a set of post-registration changes go through RAASB for scrutiny before SEBI approves them. They include change of name, change of address, change of compliance officer or principal officer, change of contact details, change in shareholding, and merger or change in control.
A simple office move or a new email address is a filing. Most people do not expect that.
