What this site is

RAsathi is an independent reference tool that restates published regulatory material for Research Analysts in plain language, alongside the verbatim text and a link to the source document on the website of the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

It exists to help a reader find the right provision quickly. It does not replace the primary text, professional advice, or SEBI's own Informal Guidance Scheme for questions of interpretation.

Securities regulation changes often. SEBI issues amendments, re-consolidates its master circulars and renumbers clauses, and a provision that was correct when written can be superseded without this site being updated.
