What are the rules if I use AI tools in my research process?
In force
If you use AI tools in providing research services — regardless of scale or how you apply them — you are solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client data processed through those tools.
You must disclose the extent of AI integration to clients. Compliance with these AI-related requirements was required by April 30, 2025.
