Once my data is PaRRVA-verified, exactly how can I advertise it (website, QR code, etc.)?

In force

Once you're onboarded and your risk-return metrics are actually verified by PaRRVA, you can use that verified data in advertisements and marketing material — website included — but under real guardrails, not open slather:

• No cherry-picking — you can't showcase your one best-performing call/portfolio while burying the rest; the data submission and verification is meant to cover your service/strategy comprehensively, not a curated highlight reel.

• The full dataset and required disclaimers must be clearly referenced alongside whatever figure you display, not left out of the ad and buried in fine print elsewhere.

• Industry practice under the framework (as PaRRVA's own operating rules specify) includes providing a QR code or link so the investor can click through and see the full verified report on PaRRVA's platform — treat this as the norm to follow so a client can always verify your claim independently.

• You must still layer on your ordinary RA disclosures — no-guaranteed-returns language, MITC, registration status — this doesn't replace those; it sits alongside them.

In practice: this is the pathway that eventually lets you put a verified win-rate or returns figure on your website or in a marketing card — but only after (a) you have enrolled with PaRRVA, and (b) the specific numbers you want to show have actually gone through PaRRVA's verification process, not merely been certified by your own chartered accountant.

What SEBI says, word for word

Industry summary of PaRRVA framework
“Regulated entities submit their data... to a designated Performance Data Collector. The data is cross-verified... Only after publication by PaRRVA, entities can refer to the approved data in their advertisements or marketing material... Ads must not present cherry-picked or client-specific performance. The entire dataset and disclaimers must be clearly referenced. A QR code or link must be included to allow investors to view the full verified report on PaRRVA's site.”
