What do I have to file with RAASB, and when?
In force
A half-yearly periodic report to RAASB. The periods end 30 September and 31 March, and you file within 30 days. So the due dates are 30 October and 30 April.
The report asks for your legal structure, your client and fee numbers, and the details of every bank account you use to receive fees.
The format is now the one RAASB notifies, so take it from BSE rather than from the SEBI circular.
The annual compliance audit is separate. It must be completed within six months of the financial year end, and the report filed within a month of its date but no later than 31 October.
Adverse findings go in as their own submission, with the action you took, on the same 31 October outer limit.
A half-yearly undertaking on cloud software, confirming compliance with SEBI's advisory on Software as a Service. SEBI has never published a due date for this one.
You must also revise your RAASB deposit by 30 April if your client count moved you into a different slab during the previous financial year.
