Yes. Registered RAs must use the term 'Research Analyst' in all correspondence with clients. If you're registered as a part-time RA, you must use the term 'Part-Time Research Analyst' in all client correspondence.
If you are registered as a part-time research analyst, the term you must use is "part-time research analyst", not simply "research analyst".
